Principal / President
Rich Cunliffe founded Pressure Pros in 2001 while attending the University of South Carolina and earning a degree in Finance. Rich envisions a company that will become the leader in an industry lacking a corporate brand, and has seen the company go from working out of his garage to 7 regional locations. Rich oversees all aspects of the company and has a day-to-day emphasis on sales and finances.
Matt Dukes

Matt Dukes

Principal / COO
Matt founded a pressure washing company in Charleston, SC in 2005.  Shortly after starting his business he was introduced to the Pressure Pros concept and merged his company into the group to form the Charleston entity.  He currently acts as the chief operating officer of the company and is also a partner in Enviroman and Able Cleaning & Equipment.
Richard R. Cunliffe

Richard R. Cunliffe

Principal / Senior Partner
Richard was a co-founder of Pressure Pros in 2001.  He previously had been in the pressure washing business on the manufacturing side, working as the southeastern regional sales manager and business development manager for Karcher, which at the time was the largest pressure washing manufacturer in the world.  Richard concentrates on the companies larger accounts, developing and managing routes, logistics, and financial efficiency in the different geographical areas and market sectors within the company.

Bill is a partner in Pressure Pros, Able Cleaning & Equipment, and Enviroman.  He and his team of business/legal professionals have helped the companies to cultivate a corporate approach, centered around a strong foundation.

Matt Welborn

Sales Manager
Matt concentrates primarily on sales in all areas.  He frequently attends trade shows, networking events, and provides presentations for potential customers.  Before taking on his current role in sales he had worked in the field with the company as a tech and in management for 8 years.  Matt’s high energy level, knowledge of the industry, and a fearless approach, combine to make him the ultimate pressure washing salesman.  Since his move into sales, he has solely increased business in his territories by more than 50%.

Operations Manager - Northern Division
Brad oversees the tactical operations of the company.  He hires, manages, and cultivates employees into highly trained craftsmen in the field, and develops a comprehensive scope of work / playbook for larger projects.  Brad’s competence and responsible, professional demeanor have quickly allowed him to excel within the company and standout as an authority, providing answers and solutions for his employees and customers on a daily basis.
Wesley Livingston

Operations Manager - Southern Division
Wesley handles the day-to-day tactical side of the business for Pressure Pros.  He develops a scope of work, manages projects, and inspects and monitors the performance of the teams in to ensure Pressure Pros is always providing the best end result.  Wesley is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the technicians, and also compiles the schedule.  Since Wesley’s arrival he has raised the bar and created new expectations for employees.  He has placed an emphasis on quality control, and heightened the level of trust and ethics within the company.
Cory Hill

Territory Manager - Florida Division
Cory manages the day-to-day operations in Florida.  He has been promoted within the company from a field technician, to an account manager in Charlotte, and ultimately moved into the lead role in Florida.  Cory distinguishes himself by demonstrating a relentless work ethic and desire to succeed.  He is dedicated to building a dynamic team in Florida and has helped to turn that area into the company’s fastest growing market.
Freddie Reynders

Field Manager - Northern Division
Freddie operates as an on-site project manager for Pressure Pros.  He works in the field and manages projects for larger accounts, and is responsible for the preparation and quality of the premium service that Pressure Pros is known for.  Freddie has been in the pressure washing business for 15 years and has consistently demonstrated loyalty and excellence within the company.
Marcelo Miranda

Marcelo Miranda

Lead Technician
Marcelo is the ultimate pressure washing professional and craftsmen within the company.  His natural abilities combined with his experience and knowledge in the industry, warrant him the title of the outright best pressure washer in the company, and arguably the industry as a whole.   His level of performance and efficiency is so high in his trade that he consistently produces the same as two or three other employees on any given shift.
